What Inspires me?

The beauty of this planet!  Helping all animals and creatures live on this earth peacefully~

What inspired me to juice?

It has been three years since I first saw this film on Netflix.  It came into my life at a time when I really needed it most.  My husband had been on blood pressure medication, I had high cholesterol and we were both eating an unhealthy diet.  I was not only feeding my husband unhealthy foods but our children as well.

I was never taught to cook and didn't really have any interest on picking it up.  FAST food was easy! I have to say that I am so happy to have a better grip on what we all eat in our household.

Our daughter, Amanda, has changed her eating lifestyle to become Vegan.  It has been a blessing for her.  She started out vegetarian and Gluten free as she is unable to eat Gluten and was very sick from it. I educated her on animal cruelty and she has not looked back.  She is fully vegan and is the healthiest she has ever been.  I'm so happy for her!

Our son, Robert, has taken steps to eat a vegetarian life style.  He doesn't like the way animals are treated and is working on not eating meat.  It has been more of a struggle for him but he strives every day to have a kind diet. I'm proud that he cares so much for the animals.  His girlfriend is fully Vegan.  My husband is on board with juicing and healthier choices.  As I sit here writing this, my husband just looked over my shoulder and said, "yes, we do eat much healthier!"  I'm so glad he agrees!

My advice to anyone looking at their health and wanting to change and add healthy foods into their lives, to watch this film.  I have attached a free link to FAT SICK AND NEARLY DEAD by Joe Cross.  It is a must see film and it will change your life, forever!  There are many other film to watch to educate yourself on animal cruelty.  Please look on my Journey page to view them.  Thank you and here's to a happier, healthier, you!
